Overview

  • Lead quality assurance efforts for innovative software solutions in a hybrid work environment.
  • Manage a dedicated QA team to ensure software reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and mentor QA analysts and automation engineers to achieve team goals.
  • Define and refine QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management for web and mobile applications.
  • Coordinate regression, performance, and load testing for cloud and on-prem deployments.
  • Implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools.
  • Drive test automation expansion with tools like Selenium and Cypress.
  • Collaborate with engineering and client-facing teams to address production issues.
  • Provide visibility into QA performance through dashboards and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with web application testing and REST API validation.
  • Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, or Python test frameworks is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade systems and high-availability applications preferred.
  • Exposure to Azure Cloud and DevOps environments is a plus.
