Job Description

Overview

  • Support attorneys in regulatory and international legal matters for a global asset management firm.
  • Engage with corporate governance, cross-border fund operations, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Contribute to emerging topics such as privacy, ESG, and foreign licensing.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues and service providers to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives, providing research and deliverables.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support the setup, launch, and recordkeeping for European funds.
  • Draft fund offering documents and manage translations and version control.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on fund registrations and distribution arrangements.
  • Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare board materials and assist with logistics and minute-taking.
  • Execute routine international regulatory filings for funds and affiliates.
  • Manage privacy-related documents and compliance processes.
  • Oversee document management, mailbox oversight, and invoice processing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of law firm experience, ideally in corporate or finance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with fund, investment management, or regulatory matters preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
