Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Evaluate and optimize the IT organizational structure and resource allocation.

- Direct creation of actionable insights through graphical reports and dashboards.
- Support compliance with CFR Part 11 and GxP standards.
- Collaborate on digital transformation and modernization of legacy systems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3 years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in managing cross-functional IT teams and projects.
- Experience in biotech, life sciences, clinical research, or regulated environments.
- Understanding of clinical trial phases, data flow, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational execution capabilities.
- Background in hybrid IT environments across government and commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
