Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Organize and direct the daily operations of the home health agency, ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in home health care or related healthcare programs.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Physician, or equivalent certification.
  • Completion of required Administrator training modules as per state regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, corporate business management, and patient care standards.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
  • Ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel effectively.
