Job Description

Overview

  • Assist with regulatory compliance for insurance licensing and registration renewals across domestic and international jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities, law firms, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of regulatory submissions, payments, and renewals using tracking systems.
  • Administer updates for biographical affidavits of company officers and directors.
  • Conduct research on insurance statutes, regulations, and industry requirements.
  • Perform regulatory surveys and respond to inquiries regarding insurance filings and assessments.
  • Handle sensitive information and complex matters with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Complete special assignments related to regulatory compliance as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Research and analyze requirements for insurance license and registration renewals.
  • Track and manage payments to state insurance departments for regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain updated records of licenses, registrations, and regulatory submissions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • 3-5 years of regulatory or licensing experience within the insurance industry or legal field.

  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
