Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required; Master’s preferred.

- Proven leadership and operational management skills in healthcare settings.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities for budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Athena or Epic.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
