Overview

  • Lead estimation processes for construction projects, ensuring accurate cost analysis and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project budgets and timelines.
  • Utilize industry-standard software to prepare detailed estimates and proposals.
  • Analyze project specifications and requirements to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and material costs.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and client expectations in all estimates.
  • Support the bid process by providing accurate and timely cost data.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimation processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate estimations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary project information.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation or project management.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and material costs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
