Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for retail construction projects.
• Monitor progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships to secure necessary resources.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably retail-focused.
• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, engineering, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote tasks.
