Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to investment and deal execution activities within private markets, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Support strategic investment initiatives by providing financial advisory and due diligence for private equity, debt, credit, and real asset transactions.
  • Develop scalable business infrastructure and operating models for global alternative investments using data and technology.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and successful deal closings.
  • Participate in transformation programs and global initiatives to enhance deal management and operational processes.
  • Work in a dynamic hybrid environment with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for deal execution, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Conduct financial due diligence and provide transaction support for private asset classes.
  • Oversee the operational and financial feasibility of investment structures and manage onboarding/offboarding portfolios.
  • Collaborate with finance, tax, legal, compliance, and service providers to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Implement efficient operating models and identify workflow gaps to improve processes.
  • Support transformation programs aimed at scaling deal management and reducing risks.
  • Ensure timely execution and closing of private market deals, including managing bank funding requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in deal advisory and transaction management; 7 years preferred.
  • Strong understanding of private investment deal closing mechanics, structuring, and documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder management and operational improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, multinational environments.
  • Experience with implementing scalable business models and leveraging technology for process optimization.
