Overview
- Provide administrative support to a neurological surgery practice, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient service.
- Serve as a floating medical receptionist, covering multiple office locations as needed.
- Handle phone calls, scheduling, and patient intake at the main office and other locations.
- Travel to various offices, including Manhattan, with reimbursement for travel expenses.
- Work closely with doctors and surgeons, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance processes to assist patients effectively.
- Support the team during vacations or absences, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Participate in an interview process involving both virtual and in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
