Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and oversee large-scale construction projects within the food and beverage sector.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and resolving challenges effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $50M in value.
• Expertise in cold storage and healthcare construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
