Center Clinical Director

Overview

• Lead a clinical team in providing exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
• Combine direct patient care with leadership responsibilities to drive clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance center performance and membership growth.
• Supervise and mentor primary care providers to achieve outstanding clinical results.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations within the center.
• Engage in recruitment and training initiatives to strengthen the clinical team.
• Provide care for patients with acute and chronic conditions, focusing on older adults.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and synergy between clinical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Deliver patient care and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Lead weekly clinical meetings and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Supervise and train primary care providers to achieve clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to improve center performance and patient satisfaction.
• Engage in recruitment efforts for patients and clinical staff.
• Monitor and enhance clinical quality, efficiency, and outcomes within the center.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in regional and national training and development programs.

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) with active state licensure required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare applications.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching healthcare professionals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to foster team collaboration.
• Ability to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes.
