Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Oversee the development of construction documents using advanced design software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout project phases.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required; advanced degrees are advantageous.
- Licensed Professional Engineer with expertise in HVAC design preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering; 15 years preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and load calculation software like Trane Trace or Carrier HAP.
- Experience with commercial, educational, and institutional projects in public and private sectors.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and public bidding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cultivate client relationships effectively.
