POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services BD or 360 Recruiter (Full Desk) to join our thriving Professional Services division. This role focuses on staffing for executive assistants, human resources, marketing, sales, legal support, and more, offering a hybrid work arrangement and competitive compensation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional services roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment processes efficiently.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent in the professional services sector.
- Analyze hiring trends and data to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Negotiate offers and oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless candidate transitions.
- Engage in networking events and industry associations to expand professional connections and market presence.
- Contribute to team initiatives and share insights to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment or related fields; 3 years preferred.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes effectively and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of professional services industry roles and workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools for streamlined operations.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
