Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services BD or 360 Recruiter (Full Desk) to join our dynamic Professional Services division. This role focuses on staffing for executive assistants, human resources, marketing, sales, and legal support roles. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, eager to learn, and experienced in recruitment and workforce solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for professional services roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize the company’s ATS and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent in the market.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment; 3 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of professional services roles and workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Motivated and eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.
