POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for an Entry Level Recruiter & Sales Trainee to join our dynamic staffing and recruiting division. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in instructor-led training sessions to develop foundational recruiting and sales skills.
- Utilize the company’s ATS and sourcing tools to build a network of qualified candidates.
- Parse resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications for job placements.
- Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Engage in professional communication with clients and candidates to build strong relationships.
- Leverage AI-integrated workflows to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to stay competitive.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships effectively.
- Tech-savvy and curious about leveraging AI in recruitment processes.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule and maintain productivity.
