POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Life Sciences 180 Recruiter (New Jersey) to join our specialized Life Sciences recruiting division. This role focuses on connecting top talent with leading organizations in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify top talent in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and career goals.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to create a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Analyze candidate profiles and resumes to match specialized skills with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to set recruitment goals and achieve placement targets.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead in the competitive life sciences sector.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain ethical standards in all activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and match them with client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
