Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools, with strong analytical skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
