Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed architectural designs for diverse commercial and municipal projects.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings using CAD and Revit software.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Facilitate the transition from CAD to Revit for enhanced design workflows.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Mentor junior architects and drafters, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Stay informed on architectural trends and technologies to improve project outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of architectural experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD and Revit software for drafting and design.
  • Experience in commercial and municipal architecture projects, including renovations and new constructions.
  • Strong project management skills, including timeline and budget oversight.
  • Ability to work on-site with occasional remote flexibility.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with transitioning design workflows from CAD to Revit.
