Job Description

Overview

  • Provide IT support services in a hybrid work environment, ensuring efficient operation of systems and user satisfaction.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and administration of Microsoft 365, Entra, and InTune platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Perform hardware and software support for both PC and Mac systems.
  • Occasionally work on-site at designated locations, ensuring system reliability and user support.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot printers, ensuring seamless operations for users.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra, and InTune platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for PC and Mac systems efficiently.
  • Set up and maintain printers, ensuring reliable access for users.
  • Provide occasional on-site support at designated locations, addressing user needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage IT systems and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Utilize tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Jira for system management and communication.
  • Support network solutions including Juniper wired/wireless networking and Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and independence in daily tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin, Entra, and InTune platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for PC and Mac systems.
  • Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Slack, Jira, and 1Password is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Juniper networking and Palo Alto firewalls is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
