Overview

  • Lead large-scale construction projects with budgets up to $60M annually, ensuring precision and excellence in execution.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals across office and field operations to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute to the development of over 2.5 million square feet of ground-up construction projects.
  • Manage diverse construction projects, including industrial, retail, and corporate finish-outs, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality standards and efficiency are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize outcomes and minimize risks.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance measures across all project sites.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or a related field is required.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage diverse teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
