Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality standards and efficiency are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize outcomes and minimize risks.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance measures across all project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve project challenges.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field teams, fostering professional growth and team cohesion.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in tilt wall construction techniques and processes.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage diverse teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work on-site and commit to project demands and schedules.
