Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage trade entry, settlement, reporting, and reconciliation processes with precision.
  • Assist in month-end close activities, including financial statements and NAV calculations.
  • Prepare internal performance, valuation, and risk reports for stakeholders.
  • Support year-end audit and tax reporting requirements, including 1099s and K1s.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and reports to maintain accuracy.
  • Oversee fee calculations and track fund and employee expenses effectively.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting, including ADV, Form PF, and FATCA compliance.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations and Legal & Compliance teams on strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory for the role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Bloomberg is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented team player with a collaborative mindset.
