Project Manager

Overview

• Manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables effectively.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.

• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including planning, execution, and final delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address any deviations from planned schedules.

• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project specifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing multifamily construction projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
