Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Verify prescription data accuracy, including patient demographics and drug details.
• Review prior authorization documentation and clinical notes for compliance.

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty pharmacy or clinical review.
• Proficiency with specialty pharmacy systems and electronic health records.
• Strong knowledge of specialty medications and disease states.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and critical thinking skills.
