Nurse Director Emergency Services

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Director-level experience in Emergency Services within an acute care setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast resources, and optimize departmental operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in fostering collaboration and accountability within teams.
