Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in training development, preferably within developmental disabilities agencies.
- Three years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing effective training programs and policies.
- Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address challenges and optimize outcomes.
