Overview

  • Lead recruitment efforts for clinical roles within the healthcare organization, ensuring alignment with staffing needs and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for clinical positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment to enhance strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to clinical roles within the organization.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • In-person interview and training attendance required for onboarding.
