Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and oversee architectural projects from initial concept through final completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) is required for this position.
- Licensed Architect with extensive experience in architectural design and project management.
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience; 15 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and preparing project proposals.
