Overview

  • Lead and oversee studio operations, ensuring seamless workflows and team collaboration for optimal productivity and creativity.
  • Manage architectural projects, budgets, schedules, and client engagements to deliver exceptional results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative architectural solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations across all projects.
  • Promote a positive and productive studio environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
  • Represent the studio in client and stakeholder meetings, showcasing leadership and expertise.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee architectural projects from initial concept through final completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, supporting their professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure project alignment with their vision and objectives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to architectural standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Lead team meetings to foster effective communication and collaboration within the studio.
  • Prepare and present detailed project proposals and reports to stakeholders.
  • Promote innovation and excellence in design and execution processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) is required for this position.
  • Licensed Architect with extensive experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience; 15 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and preparing project proposals.
  • On-site work arrangement to ensure hands-on involvement in project management.
