Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform daily trade reconciliation and corporate action analysis tasks.
  • Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with brokers and counterparties to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate counterparty reviews and manage issue resolution processes.
  • Engage with technology teams to implement operational improvements.
  • Document technical requirements and recommend solutions for process optimization.
  • Support new market, product, and fund initiatives with operational expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of streamlined operational procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services operations.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience with top-tier financial firms.
  • Proficiency in trade lifecycle management and equity derivatives.
  • Strong skills in corporate action processing and data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with portfolio accounting systems.
