Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage cash flow and arrange loans for the organization and subsidiaries.
  • Process incoming and outbound payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses using Excel and SAP systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, banks, and customers to maintain financial efficiency.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the finance, tax, and accounting teams to support organizational goals.
  • Assist in implementing and utilizing Concur for expense management.
  • Support financial operations with detailed reporting and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting; internships considered.
  • Proficiency in Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Concur systems; training provided.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial operations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work onsite with occasional flexibility for remote work.
