Overview

  • Support the finance team in managing cash flow, payments, and financial reporting within a dynamic international organization.
  • Collaborate with a supportive manager and team to develop your finance and accounting skills.

  • Contribute to accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage cash flow and financial transactions for the organization and its subsidiaries.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports using Excel and other tools.
  • Coordinate with vendors, banks, and customers to facilitate financial operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting; internships considered.
  • Proficiency in Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial operations.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors, banks, and customers effectively.
