Job Description

Overview

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for business services roles, ensuring top talent acquisition and seamless hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job qualifications and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct applicant screenings, initial interviews, and coordinate schedules with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) data for accurate reporting and insights.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure smooth offer and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Benchmark salary offers using internal equity and market data to attract top candidates.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage recruitment for entry- to mid-level positions across various business departments.
  • Develop comprehensive job descriptions and qualifications in collaboration with hiring managers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting experience; experience in law firms is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Workday and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional certifications such as PRC, PHR, or SPHR are preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and sourcing top-tier talent.
