Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead all phases of architectural projects, from conceptual design to completion.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Develop and present innovative design solutions aligned with functional and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout project execution.
  • Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, promoting team development.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural projects; 10 years preferred.
  • Current architectural license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team engagement.
  • LEED accreditation or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience with advanced BIM methodologies and project management tools.
