Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout project execution.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural projects; 10 years preferred.
- Current architectural license or eligibility for licensure.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team engagement.
- LEED accreditation or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience with advanced BIM methodologies and project management tools.
