Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for successful execution.
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with project plans.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain alignment.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing concerns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing design/build construction projects.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience in industrial or design/build construction environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning and tracking progress.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in resource allocation, budget management, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional site visits as required.
