Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects meeting client expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives and requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing commercial construction projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build processes and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient planning and execution.
