Project Manager

Overview

• Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and outcomes.
• Manage procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and future collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing commercial construction projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of design-build processes and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient planning and execution.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments effectively.
