Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-family construction projects and design-build methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for effective project management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to streamline operations.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
