Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage patient intake and front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments, optimizing workflows for medical staff and patients.
  • Travel to various office locations as needed, providing consistent administrative support.
  • Communicate directly with doctors and surgeons to relay patient information and updates.
  • Answer phone inquiries, offering accurate information and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain patient records and insurance documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Support colleagues during absences to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings to enhance administrative processes and patient care coordination.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in medical administration are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical administration; 3 years preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and patient intake procedures is beneficial.
  • Ability to travel to multiple office locations, with reimbursement for travel expenses.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical professionals.
  • Proficiency in handling phone inquiries and scheduling systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment with direct doctor interaction.
  • Availability for an 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.
