Overview

  • Lead emergency room operations to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster communication and optimize care coordination.
  • Oversee budget planning, monitoring, and expense management to achieve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
