Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage monthly financial processes, including cash monitoring, reconciliations, and reporting for residential properties.
- Prepare detailed financial packages for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Oversee depreciation schedules, tax calculations, and invoice audits to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality financial insights.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and full-cycle accounting standards, leveraging industry expertise.
- Support development projects with accurate financial records and journal entries.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; candidates with other degrees will not be considered.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience required; 5–7 years preferred, ideally in real estate or property management accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook essential; familiarity with Yardi or MRI systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting processes, with high attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
