Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
• Experience in preparing companies for IPO and managing equity components.
