Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead interior design projects from concept through completion, including programming, space planning, and construction documentation.
  • Develop and present design concepts, material palettes, and FF&E selections aligned with client goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Produce high-quality drawings and specifications adhering to industry and company standards.
  • Mentor junior designers, promoting professional development and design quality.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction administration activities as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
  • NCIDQ Certification is required for this role.
  • 6–10+ years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or hospitality sectors.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
  • Exceptional design sensibility with a proven track record in developing complete interior design packages.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
