Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead interior design projects from concept through completion, including programming, space planning, and construction documentation.
- Develop and present design concepts, material palettes, and FF&E selections aligned with client goals.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Produce high-quality drawings and specifications adhering to industry and company standards.
- Mentor junior designers, promoting professional development and design quality.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction administration activities as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- NCIDQ Certification is required for this role.
- 6–10+ years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
- Exceptional design sensibility with a proven track record in developing complete interior design packages.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
