Overview
- The Systems Engineer will manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support to resolve complex issues for executive users.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft technologies, including Autopilot, Intune, and Azure services.
- Ensure system security and compliance with best practices and policies.
- Collaborate with executives to optimize technology use in home and office environments.
- Participate in IT projects to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Document solutions and maintain technical inventories for efficient issue resolution.
- Perform regular backups, updates, and preventive maintenance to ensure system integrity.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide advanced technical support to resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Set up and manage Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, and Azure services from scratch.
- Develop and enforce conditional access policies and security protocols.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems in Windows environments.
- Collaborate with executives to ensure seamless technology integration in various environments.
- Document technical solutions and contribute to a knowledge base for future reference.
- Perform system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Participate in IT initiatives to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, Azure services, and Entra SSO setup.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, scripting, automation, and security practices.
- Experience providing executive-level technical support in diverse environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced settings.
