Job Description

Overview

  • The Systems Engineer will manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support to resolve complex issues for executive users.
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft technologies, including Autopilot, Intune, and Azure services.
  • Ensure system security and compliance with best practices and policies.
  • Collaborate with executives to optimize technology use in home and office environments.
  • Participate in IT projects to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Document solutions and maintain technical inventories for efficient issue resolution.
  • Perform regular backups, updates, and preventive maintenance to ensure system integrity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide advanced technical support to resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Set up and manage Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, and Azure services from scratch.
  • Develop and enforce conditional access policies and security protocols.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems in Windows environments.
  • Collaborate with executives to ensure seamless technology integration in various environments.
  • Document technical solutions and contribute to a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Perform system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in IT initiatives to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, Azure services, and Entra SSO setup.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, scripting, automation, and security practices.
  • Experience providing executive-level technical support in diverse environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced settings.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving IT landscapes.
