Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Partner with the COO and C-suite to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute structured growth operating rhythms and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Build repeatable renewal and expansion processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead projects focused on pipeline visibility, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to support growth objectives.
- Ensure integration-ready systems replicable across future acquisitions.
- Drive measurable impact on renewals, expansion, and strategic initiatives.
- Enhance retention and customer satisfaction through systematic programs and tools.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in property management or 4+ years in consulting, banking, or PE with real estate exposure.
- Proven track record of delivering 10%+ year-over-year growth.
- Financial and analytical fluency to interpret performance drivers and build forecasting dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer retention, renewal, and account expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced education preferred.
- High character, integrity, and emotional intelligence; respected as a trusted leader.
- Ability to work from the office three days per week and travel to regional locations as needed.
