Overview

  • Lead strategic initiatives and drive growth as Chief of Staff in a dynamic property management firm.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop scalable programs to ensure predictable renewal, expansion, and organic growth.
  • Embed strong account management processes and implement advanced growth tools.
  • Drive special projects focused on revenue and commercial performance with minimal oversight.
  • Ensure readiness for future integration and seamless cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Partner with the COO and C-suite to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute structured growth operating rhythms and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Build repeatable renewal and expansion processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead projects focused on pipeline visibility, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to support growth objectives.
  • Ensure integration-ready systems replicable across future acquisitions.
  • Drive measurable impact on renewals, expansion, and strategic initiatives.
  • Enhance retention and customer satisfaction through systematic programs and tools.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years in property management or 4+ years in consulting, banking, or PE with real estate exposure.
  • Proven track record of delivering 10%+ year-over-year growth.
  • Financial and analytical fluency to interpret performance drivers and build forecasting dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer retention, renewal, and account expansion.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced education preferred.
  • High character, integrity, and emotional intelligence; respected as a trusted leader.
  • Ability to work from the office three days per week and travel to regional locations as needed.
