Job Description

Overview

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents in a multi-family residential community.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resident inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure smooth communication between residents and internal teams.
  • Educate residents on community standards and amenities.
  • Utilize technology platforms for efficient problem resolution.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk.
  • Support the Resident Services team in achieving community goals.
  • Contribute to creating a vibrant and fulfilling living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Welcome new residents and provide orientation to community amenities.
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address resident needs effectively.
  • Utilize software tools for tracking and resolving resident issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident communications and resolutions.
  • Apply de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations.
  • Deliver consistent and high-quality customer service aligned with company values.
  • Support team initiatives to enhance community living standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and fast-paced environments.
