Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent experience in property management or administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thick skin and ability to work under micro-management conditions.
- Experience in tenant relations and contractor coordination preferred.
