Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing strategic tax guidance and solving complex challenges.
  • Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements across various industries.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development.
  • Conduct tax research to address complex issues and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for service expansion.
  • Utilize tax software tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax management.
  • Proficiency in tax planning, compliance, and consulting for diverse clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client engagement.
  • Familiarity with CCH Engagement and Axcess Tax software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of construction industry tax regulations is a plus.
