Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide financial leadership and strategic direction to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls.
- Manage treasury, bonding, insurance, and risk management functions effectively.
- Collaborate across departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Lead process improvements to optimize financial operations and reporting accuracy.
- Support new market opportunities and strategic initiatives through financial analysis.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA, CCIFP, or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
- Experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of project accounting and WIP reporting.
- Proficiency in managing treasury, bonding, insurance, and risk functions.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities across all organizational levels.
