Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in hospital settings.
- Current RN license and certifications as required by state regulations.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills in clinical environments.
- Experience with inpatient and outpatient surgery settings preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and performance improvement processes.
