Overview

  • Provide essential medical support in a dynamic healthcare setting, ensuring quality patient care and administrative efficiency.
  • Work full-time, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative environment with healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in patient reception, appointment notifications, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records.
  • Assist practitioners in clinical tasks, including measuring vital signs and providing emergency CPR when needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Welcome clients, notify them of appointments, and escort them to practitioners.
  • Organize and maintain patient charts, including filing, uploading, and faxing documents.
  • Measure vital signs and assist practitioners in clinical tasks under direct supervision.
  • Provide emergency first aid and CPR assistance as required.
  • Perform administrative duties to support efficient healthcare operations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in training opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.

  • CPR certification or willingness to complete CPR training.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage patient records and clerical functions.
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, in an on-site healthcare setting.
