Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain and enhance integration between multiple software applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system efficiency.
  • Analyze and develop interface procedures and programs, adhering to HL7 standards and best practices.
  • Lead application selection, implementation, and support, driving project success and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with departments to optimize workflow processes and technology utilization effectively.
  • Educate stakeholders on system concepts and operations, ensuring effective and efficient system use.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support, resolving complex technical issues promptly.
  • Utilize SQL, database structures, and file transfer methods to enhance system functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines successfully.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a business-related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Information Systems experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, database structures, and Microsoft applications is essential.
  • Experience with Meditech Client Server and Kronos UKG systems is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including directing activities of assigned resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of clinical or financial system implementation and optimization is advantageous.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
